Day one: Dublin, Ireland

Our first day in Dublin was incredible! We are proud to say that we successfully navigated the city without using any form of technology all day. Luckily, everyone here is extremely nice and very willing to help.

Help me. I'm lost.

After several missed stops and conducting our own self guided walking tour of the city, looking like typical tourists, we finally found our hostel.

After getting all checked in, we decided to head out and explore the city since we couldn't get our room keys until 2 p.m.

We were able to lock up our big backpacks at the hostel (phew!)

First stop: Trinity College. It was beautiful!

The Long Room Library. It houses Ireland's largest collection of books and The Book of Kells. This was amazing, the history surrounding us gave us goosebumps.

Time for a quick delicious lunch before planning where to head next.

Walking through local parts of Dublin.

Dublin Castle Garden.

St. Patrick's Cathedral. Founded in 1191, filled with beautiful stained glass windows. The pictures do it no justice!

After not much sleep on the overnight flight, we decided to lay down on the grass outside of St. Patrick's Cathedral to rest for a bit.... Woke up two hours later.

We weren't the only ones.

Time for Guinness in Dublin (duh!)

Our new friends from our Hostel Pub Crawl. Such a fun night!

Cheers.
